Legs up & ready to rest.

Today was a long day, but considering it a great day. Woke up early, taught spin and Xy Workout. Two classes I always teach on Fridays; however, when I'm looking at 26.2 in two days, I'd rather be looking at rest and full on recovery.
Nothing short of die hard fitness and full on commitment this morning makes teaching on tired legs all worth every pushup, burpee, and side lunge to jump shot.
Thank you to my students for showing up ready to work!

My son was supportive of my wanting rest unknowingly, we played Legos, Sorry, and watched a little TV.  Thank you Whistler for letting mommy rest.

5:30pm one last class for Friday. God, I love my students. Lots of hard work, commitment, and a whole Lotta sweat. . Each motivate me in their own way.
After a little clean up and chit chat, I finally made my way home.

My way home to my sleeping 4 year old and lovely hubs making a run ready meal for me. Yummy black bean spaghetti noodles and chicken. Well that was my meal, he on the other hand went full on steak &baked potato with all the fixings.

Friday you out did yourself, but now it's all about compression socks on and legs up.

Taking an afternoon flight tomorrow for Oahu. 26.2 on Sunday.
I'm ready and looking forward to running another Honolulu Marathon.

Continued rest and preparing these tired eyes for bed, that sounds dreamy.
