I'm No Chef!
I'm not even the Sous-Chef de Cuisine - second-in-command and direct assistant of the Chef de Cuisine.
I'd be lucky if considered for the position of taking out the trash... that's as close to the chef as one would want me.

Ingredients:
- 2 – 15 oz. cans organic garbanzo beans
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup tahini
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- salt to taste
And who doesn't LOVE Mac and Cheese? I know the man/boys of my house love love love the yummy, creamy, cheesy melts in your mouth kind of Mac and Cheese. This gluten-free Recipe has exactly what they want. Dairy & Cheese!!! (Nick being the milk and cheese addict that he is, a regular old "Dairy-Air" from Wisconsin, knows you don't skip the dairy)... I have Kristin, the Iowa girl ( Iowa Girl Eats ) to thank for sharing her warm and creamy One Pan Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese Recipe....Yummy! and she has even more recipes like these that melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups dry gluten-free shells or other short-cut pasta (6oz)
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup freshly shredded cheese
Seriously though, thank God for the Creative Minds in the kitchen, that produce Amazing recipes for people like me. You give Me/Us HOPE in the kitchen!
