Recipe Up: No Bonk Banana Bar's

No Bonk Banana Bar's

CRUST:
3 Blueberry Bonk Breaker Bar's
1/4 c. Macadamia Nuts
Blueberry Oat Bonk Breaker Bar's and  Macadamia Nuts in food processor 
FILLING:
3 Apple Bananas
15 oz Chickpeas

Bananas and chickpeas in food processor 


TOPPER:
Fresh Mint (lots of it/pick the stems off)
1c. Chocolate Chips (ground with freshmint & then melted)
2tbsp Coconut Oil 
2tbsp Maple Syrup
1Drop of Peppermint Oil (Yes I used dõTERRA) 


Ingredients can be varied according to your nutritional needs :)


DIRECTIONS:

Once your crust is processed and firmly pressed into your loaf pan (be sure to give your loaf pan a fresh cover of parchment paper) - move on to your bananas and chickpeas (Smooth and creamy in your food processor) layer on top of crust and place in freezer while preparing your topper. 

In your food processor mix your chocolate chips & fresh mint until fine. Heat on low just enough to soften. Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup, and lastly your peppermint oil. Spread on top and place back into freezer until firm. Let thawing take place a few minutes maybe more and serve.
