SweatPink'ers, I'm checking in.

Checking in with all of you SWEATPINK'ers 
It's been a Great First Week of #NoExcuses, wouldn't you agree? 




How about them burpees & squats. You fitness warriors made them your b****

Running & Yoga are always my favorite; I have to admit, I was enjoying my squats a little too much, I ended up feeling my quads & glutes all of the following day.

But, If you are anything like me, you most likely enjoy that feeling of Sore too...


Hope all of you involved in the  SweatPink NoExcuses Challenge are enjoying your Sunday  (SundayZenday)....

I hope you too, find time on your mat, Meditating, flowing, practicing a little Restorative yoga. (I've seen some of your yoga passes pop up this week & I want to see more please).
